Pros
Decent benefits, a bunch of flexible time off compared to colleagues at other companies. Lean initiatives that seem, for the most part, to be beneficial to employee and company.
Cons
Always lagging behind in staffing. Workloads get excessive, hours grow, then a hire comes and brings you back to only slightly overworked for a bit, until growth catches back up within 6-8 months. Very "corporate" and difficult to make meaningful change. Using PTO means you get all the work you missed while gone when you get back.
