The leadership team is incredible to work with - ready to help, teach, train and connect with any help that is needed. I have never seen a brokerage so committed to helping its agents achieve success! This is a company that really cares.

The only "downside" (which isn't really) is the same downside that any real estate brokerage will have - as an agent you are paid on commission - so what you put into your business is what you will get out of it. This is a profession for people who are ready to devote themselves to the growth of their own business!

Great training program, supportive workplace

Cost a lot to get into the real estate business initially. Although this is the case at most real estate companies. Must be a very self-directed person.
