I have worked with this company for years and is probably one of the best companies I’ve worked for. High pay, cool perks at times, clear and positive company mission, great kids

They really don’t care that much about the kids even though that’s what their mission is supposed to be about. They overlook and overwork facilitators and much blame is put on you if things don’t go right. They tend to bring in new people for their core team instead of Moving. The people that I’ve been working with them for years up.
