Cons
It is not your average customer service job the micro managing is on 1000000 the turn over is scary. No one talks to each other, unorganized, no resolution to any of the customers issues which make the job harder. Mandatory shortened breaks and mandatory extended hours. Reps cry, walk out etc. not a pleasant place to work at all.
