Pros

helping children and a part time schedule

Cons

Do not receive raises and there isn't any real upward mobility. The CEO and CFO are every insulting when talking to staff. Not to mention the classroom management trainer is very rude and treats us all like children. The CFO and CEO want more and more from staff without any incentive. While the CEO's son and daughter make $100,000 and year and they barely doanything. Most people leave with in the 1st 2 years of work because of the unfair practices.

Pros

Other teachers are great. Thats literally the only positive thing to say.

Cons

Terrible lead teachers. They hire people with absolutely no skill or knowledge in the subjects they are supposed to teach. Don’t pay nearly enough and have very limited hours available. Expect you to drive to schools far away and will not pay for gas/mileage. Expect you to have full availability whenever they want you and get upset when you are not available at their beck and call.
