Pros

Working in STAFFVIRTUAL has been a very fulfilling thing for me. It's only been a few years but I can say that I already learned a lot from this organization. Here are some of the things I like about this company: 1. Salary - Very competitive. They conduct annual performance reviews and give employees regular increases. They also give out great bonuses. In fact last Christmas, the executives gave out a surprise appreciation bonus! This was unexpected and highly appreciated. 2. Growth opportunity - They really encourage active participation from everyone in operations and they like to promote from within. There is developmental training available that allows you to foster. 3. Flexibility - They are very accommodating to the employees' requests. Working from anywhere is a great perk especially for a working mom like me.

Cons

It would be great if there are more face to face activities.

Pros

SOME colleagues are professional which makes daily work bearable at times.

Cons

* The company suffers from a disorganized and demotivating culture. Leadership tends to reward personal closeness slash NEPOTISM rather than merit, which affects team morale and fairness across departments. * Communication from management is unclear and inconsistent. Company memos are often issued but not followed, creating confusion about policies and expectations. * Some major operational decisions, such as changes to work arrangements, have been implemented abruptly without consultation or proper notice. This includes transitions from remote to onsite work, done without discussion of compensation or individual circumstances. * Internal teams that are not directly client-facing are often OVERLOOKEED AND UNDERVALUED, despite playing a vital role in keeping the business running. * Salary growth is minimal and rarely aligned with performance or tenure. Adjustments barely meet the minimum legal increase in some cases. SALARY IS NOT COMPETITIVE. * There's a concerning pattern of questionable separations that appear to bypass fair internal processes. * Upper management and the owner need formal training in employee relations, labor practices, and basic organizational leadership.
