Not a good place to learn and grow technical capability - Senior Software Engineer ST Engineering Employee Review

- Too many politics in the upper management between departments, which slows down / disrupts work progress tremendously. - Bad decision by upper management who has no idea about technology, only think about short-term P&L. - Lower salary than average, ridiculously low annual increment which is much lower than the inflation rate, that's why the company cannot keep good talent. Really cannot understand why this is still not changed till now.
