If you are deemed a fit for an opening, the recruiters are extremely reactive and responsive. The virtual recruiters used to screen also respond promptly. The company staff will also quickly address concerns.
Cons
There can be communication difficulties between the agency and the client organization. While most of this is not the fault of SSi People, as other agencies have had communication difficulties with the particular client they work with, that these issues exist at all is a problem. More worryingly, though, SSi People does not actively work with a contractor to pursue other work when an assignment ends. A contractor may ask if other work is available, only to have to pursue those openings without recommendations.
