      Incredibly talented and friendly people, the atmosphere is great. Challenges are interesting and can actually influence the industry A lot of freedom in time management, great for people who can self manage Remote work Competitive salary

      Cons

      Honestly its great, nothing specific. It can be stressful to be work in such fast paced environment. But that's the case for any startup in general.

      CEO and upper management always looking forward to not let the company grow stagnant (which is often the case within crypto)

      Management/timelines of the engineering itself can grow quite messy on certain projects which can lead to stress
