Pros
The responsibilities were set from the beginning and I was able to work by my own with the least supervision and at the same time achieved my KPI's and comply with the procedures and goals of my department,
Cons
I was the procurement and warehouse manager, and the cash flow to pay the suppliers was limited, exchanging goods with them was a little bit complicated. That's the only thing I didn't particularly appreciate because suppliers would cut the supply of the goods or call me to ask me for their payments.
