Pros
It's a fast-paced environment, and every day is different and interesting. The company is still fairly small, which means that employees have a real impact on the direction and success of the business. The sports and higher education industries are interesting, and there are often exciting travel experiences. Many projects involve multiple departments, so there are lots of opportunities for collaboration and innovation. The people are wonderful, and it is a joy to work with them. Folks have deep industry and technology experience, and most people are always willing to teach and share their knowledge. There are physical offices in Denver and Nashville, but employees have the flexibility to work remotely as well.
Cons
As the sports industry bounces back from the effects of the pandemic, the backlog of work is growing more quickly than the workforce is. There is a fair amount of technical debt, although the company is making great efforts to fix this.
