* SSA's offer included working on a unique, innovative project (not typical outsourcing initiatives). * Smart and friendly colleagues. * IT, accounting and HR specialists were very helpful and friendly. * Initially SSA worked with parties on delivery of annual bonuses on favourable terms (later they tried to stop people from getting bonuses). * New office was nice.
Cons
* SSA failed to effectively manage client engagement for their largest project, leading to the shutdown of the engagement. * Lack of collaboration and a focus on politics had a direct impact on project success. * Management was often rude and multiple employees complained of harassment. * Occasionally unprofessional behaviour. * Up-skilling program was more about controlling employees, as opposed to developing new skills.
