The CEO is way too involved in micro managing everything and everyone, a truly toxic leadership style that smothers creativity and entrepreneurial spirit, exactly what he’s trying to encourage and he just kills it. Never worked anywhere like it, it’s a madhouse, over promising to customers stuff that just can’t be delivered with the people we have.

Flexible working, challenging projects, very smart people and deep domain knowledge. Friendly and diverse colleagues and mostly coordinated executive team.

Some technical debt, could probably work on project coordination, R&D and investing into facilities.
