Thank you for taking the time to share your SRS experience, which I wish had been a better one. I agree that people are what make any company special, and that’s especially true here. As is part of the software company business, upgrades bring many benefits but also challenges, and these growing pains can be felt organization-wide. And although some of our team members have moved on, SRS is still proud to have many talented, trained, and dedicated individuals on staff – ready to serve our clients and each other better than ever, thanks to a new support structure that is now proving to reduce tickets. We look forward to keeping it that way.
