Pros
The aggressive growth structure of the company is very appealing as long as you are willing to work hard. They pay very fairly and the opportunity for strategic work is good. They have some great leaders who appear to really care about their employees. The corporate location is amazing!
Cons
Communication of company initiatives and happenings. If you aren’t at the corporate location then you are not as in the know of things going on all the time. If you don’t go looking for information you up may not be in the know.
