Thank you so much for your review. Working here for more than 3 years tells us we are doing things right. As we grow, we add employees to each group, but we remain lean at the corporate office. We use technology as much as we can to streamline work and support our distribution centers. Hiring from within only works when people master their skills and learn new ones. We are glad you are growing with us!
I’ve asked some people who have been here from the beginning and they say we are keeping our culture alive at the branches and McKinney by remaining true to our “Make Money and Have Fun!” motto. Sometimes when companies grow like we have, it could get lost. Not us! This weekend we have a family picnic planned to bring our families and our work family together.
The environment is call center! 2 people are delegated on certain days to answer the phones everyday! No cubicles, open floor call center environment. This is NOT full cycle Ap. Issues with invoices, po’s, remits etc are streamlined through a ticketing system. Training is 2 weeks+ ALOT of information alot of analytical processing for very low compensation. Be prepared for management to have your peers to tell you what to do instead of it coming from her (creating a toxic environment).
