Pros
1. Follow-ups are great when it comes to getting a new employee 2. On-boarding is fast
Cons
1. Brutal negotiations for salaries. It doesn't matter to them what talent or skills you have. 2. Culture of blame games. 3. Single person pulls all threads and hence single point of failure. 4. Employees are completely neglected once on-boarded. 5. Don't expect ANY help if you finish or lose your project... no salary is provided even if you are full time, no help is provided in finding new project, in fact no communication at all. Suddenly your phone calls or text messages are not answered, worst case you manage to talk for few minutes suddenly you are treated like a burden causing damage to the company. Due to lack of communication once I unexpectedly arrived & caught them off-guard. At that time I was made to wait for long time and when we started talking I was "explained" (with an illogical excel sheet created on-the-fly) about how was it was a bad decision to hire me. 6. There was a payroll mistake which I had to point out and was never acknowledged for very long time and has never been fixed even after I quit. 7. Paid leaves will remain UNPAID if you have notified of quitting. 8. The moment you give notice that you are quitting, you are putting in hours which will NOT paid even if it is full month notice like in my case.
