      1. Good WLB - no work outside office 2. Decent pay 3. Free Lunch & Transport, Employee Discounts

      1. Need to finish certain hours every month 2. Work is not new-age and challenging, very less growth. So not good for freshers 3. Very low appraisal 4. Almost zero WFH possibility

      Free Transport, Free meal thats all.

      Cons

      Your Appraisal will depend upon the result of programming test, what they conduct every year, Not according to your works. If you are not clearing the test , You may be fired most of the cases. They hire IITians/NITians and offer them release works. No Development work , I have not written a single line of code in my 2.5 years of carrier, only release/debug works.
