      You get a steady paycheck that is it..............................

      Cons

      There is no benefits, and poor management, and no way to move up. This is a dead end job................. Also you will need a contract something in writing for promises made, or you will not receive it. Beware of the overtime, because you will not receive more money!! You will also have to do erons and cleaning that is not apart of your job.
