Great Game of Business Practitioner; Medical benefits are pretty good, pharmacy is not.

Horrible senior leadership with zero accountability. SRC Holdings does nothing to help even though they are meant to support the divisions. Leadership hides behind GGOB claiming they are transparent, however they twist the numbers with unrealistic expectations and expect the sales team to pick up the slack or "buy-in". Leadership will push employees to "own-it" but will give no advice or help when asked. Its the employee's responsibility to figure it out. When things go right, leadership claims responsibility, when things go wrong, its the employee base who is at fault. Save yourself the trouble, DO NOT WORK HERE, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
