      Pros

      Great example of the type of environments to avoid at all cost.........

      Cons

      They take on projects when the know that they do not have the right expertise to deliver on the requirements. As a result every project they undertake is a train wreck with the burden falling on squarely on BAs. Very unfair to the client and the consultants. The CEO treats consultants like their own personal slaves.

      -Knowledgeable staff -High performance expectations -Quickly growing -Interesting clients -Relaxed and comfortable work culture & environment

      Cons

      -Need effective communication with remote locations -Lack of feedback reviews (employee and employer) -Procrastination can happen due to different locations and time zones thus deadlines can be tight
