A jolly nice place to work - Anonymous employee SQCP Employee Review

I worked for this company in 2013 and I decided now to add a review. Unfortunately nothing positive to say apart from the fact that it was close to where I used to live.

In May 2013, I accidentally came across to a thread of emails where my bosses were discussing a plan involving my dismissal. In that email, the words which were used could be considered as an insult, and they were written by the director of the company. They were more worried about my English accent rather than my technical skills. I did not take any legal action at the time as I found another job, also I worked there for less than a year.

Its close to home and when i was interviewed and given the job description I felt it was a good fit for me. Having been here for the last 3 months its been exactly how i expected it to be. Good working environment and good people.

The long hours as you are required to work till the evenings due to the nature of the job so cuts into my personal life just a little bit.
