Pros

A big company which is willing to pay good sum of money to its employees compared to its competitors in the industry. SQ undoubtedly has a wonderful premises.

Cons

Some HODs really lack basic skills and treat like its their dads' domain. Ill-behaved HODs. Particularly in HR and Admin. Even though it says, a fully compliant factory but they are not in reality. The management is unwilling to clear off their long pending dues with the vendors. SQ is the ground of BLAME-GAME!

Pros

I dont see any, in recent years. Previously it was good but for few years it became a toxic place.

Cons

*The IT department is led by inefficient and inexperienced individuals who consistently avoid responsibility. *The CTO often undermines IT employees and fails to support their growth. *Employees are frequently treated like slavevs rather than valued team members. *The company is run by a Sri Lankan monopoly, with very few — if any — Bengalis in management roles. *Management will always favor Sri Lankan staff over Bengali employees, even when they are pure dumb. *There is a significant salary disparity between Sri Lankan and local employees, with locals being underpaid. *The HR department is largely ineffective and serves as a mere formality; it takes no meaningful action on complaints against management. *Salaries are typically disbursed between the 10th and 15th of every month, often delayed without proper communication.
