Pros

Everyone is friendly and becomes family. Ability to create your own processes within your sales team. Nice discount on glasses. Awesome health benefits. Customer Service manager rocks. Great team events. Happy hours every friday. Great culture and vibe. If you are a cyclist, you'll get paid more....is that a pro?

Cons

They kept hiring people solely because they were friends with the CEO or similar. These people would not have experience and would get paid more than a dedicated employee who would end up training them once they started No regular reviews and therefore, no raises. Gave away too many "free things" to people who didn't work at the company. Anyone in customer service/sales support will most likely start out at $15/hr.

Since it was a start up at the time I started to work at SPY the benefits were average.

Pros

None - If you want to be treated poorly, deal with incompetents that have no clue of the business, manipulation gaslighting …. You are coming to the right place !

Cons

Toxic environment, micromanaging, low pay, no HR ( is there just to buy food when France HQ is visiting )., no accountability Company is for sale ….all good talents are leaving and the numbers are terrible - the brand is decreasing it share due to poor management
