Pros
Hydraulic Technologies is a great division of SPX Flow with plenty of opportunities to advance within the company. The people and local management work well together and the business is starting to grow.
Cons
SPX Flow corporate management does not seem to understand the needs of local divisions. Many of Hydraulic Technologies employees have been working for the company for 15 years or more and the staffing is not set up to allow for training of replacement employees. As the current staff starts to retire there will be no other employees able to successfully fill the voids due to a lack of training.
