Pros

At SPS you work the same schedule as the Client and get the same holidays off as paid days, as the Client

Cons

The upper management, (directors) are not on site and are terrible about getting you any help you need. One of my associates or myself may have a question and our director will either not respond to you or he'll text you back days after you needed his help. I've had a couple different directors since my time with SPS and all of them seem to be the same.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you value the aligned schedules and paid holidays with the client, as we strive to create benefits that support work-life balance. We regret that your experience with upper management’s responsiveness has not met expectations. We acknowledge how important timely communication and support are for our on-site teams. Your suggestion for more frequent check-ins without micromanagement is valuable, and we will evaluate how we can improve these practices to foster a stronger connection between management and our on-site teams. Thank you again for your insights. Feedback like yours helps us address concerns and continue to grow as an organization. We appreciate your dedication and commitment over the years.

Pros

I haven’t found many. The clients are better to work for than SPS.

Cons

Seemed to be good at first but quickly realizing the leaders of this organization say one thing but do another. Every is on edge working here. People get fired constantly and no one mentions it. They say they’re people first but that’s furthest from the truth. Years of being here and no raise and made to feel like I should be grateful when they don’t have any gratitude for the people working with the actual clients. Give you a paper certificate and pin for years of service. What a joke!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your contributions to SPS over the past several years. We are disappointed to learn that your experience has not reflected the culture and values we strive to create. We recognize that trust, transparency, recognition, and opportunities for growth play an important role in the employee experience, and we continuously evaluate how we can strengthen these areas across our organization. While experiences may vary, feedback from long-tenured employees is particularly valuable as it helps us better understand where we are succeeding and where we have opportunities to improve. We remain committed to fostering a workplace where employees feel supported, respected, and connected to our purpose. Thank you again for sharing your perspective. We appreciate your time with SPS and wish you continued success.
