Pros

-Pay is decent -Non-managerial coworkers are amazing -Some sites have cool perks but they’re not offered by SPS -Consistent office schedule, Monday-Friday

Cons

-Annual reviews but no raises no matter how great of a review you get -No room for growth in terms of moving up in the company -‘Client is always right’ mantra -You will always have to do things outside of your job duties. You’ll have a title that may not even reflect what you actually do -HR is disgusting. They do nothing to help non-managerial employees and they are actually against you -Regional manager is stretched thinly and she is useless for anyone other than a manager. She does nothing to advocate for the employees. The only people I’ve seen being promoted were people who were close to her. Favoritism runs high at SPS -Manager violated my HIPPA rights multiple times -Micromanaged for a job that is so repetitive it’s unnecessary -Unnecessary mandatory trainings are non-stop

Pros

I haven’t found many. The clients are better to work for than SPS.

Cons

Seemed to be good at first but quickly realizing the leaders of this organization say one thing but do another. Every is on edge working here. People get fired constantly and no one mentions it. They say they’re people first but that’s furthest from the truth. Years of being here and no raise and made to feel like I should be grateful when they don’t have any gratitude for the people working with the actual clients. Give you a paper certificate and pin for years of service. What a joke!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your contributions to SPS over the past several years. We are disappointed to learn that your experience has not reflected the culture and values we strive to create. We recognize that trust, transparency, recognition, and opportunities for growth play an important role in the employee experience, and we continuously evaluate how we can strengthen these areas across our organization. While experiences may vary, feedback from long-tenured employees is particularly valuable as it helps us better understand where we are succeeding and where we have opportunities to improve. We remain committed to fostering a workplace where employees feel supported, respected, and connected to our purpose. Thank you again for sharing your perspective. We appreciate your time with SPS and wish you continued success.
