Pros
The management is very knowledgeable about the industry and can learn a lot from their insights.
Cons
Lack of programs to help employees appreciate the workplace and the role they have, so we have difficulty to thrive and perform better for the company, which worsens the retention rate. Rewards and promotions are hard to attain. From the high level, the business seems to grow and but it does not translate to the better work arrangement/life for the employees. Most often than not, attendance and micromanagement do happen, which can be outdated for this day and age - this can be perceived as low trust the management have on the employees.
