Pros
At the beginning, it was a great place that genuinely seemed interested in the well being of their employees.
Cons
They fired people on almost a weekly basis. They fired "older" people for being too old, they fired pregnant women for being pregnant. They fired their best, most qualified HR guy when he tried addressing issues. They never had toilet paper or soap in the bathrooms. Disgusting working conditions. They moved to Florida so I'm not sure how it's going there. They were always on the verge of filing bankruptcy.
