The property that I was at was sold and taken over by SPM. They genuinely seemed to care about the employees and residents and seemed to be very hands on. As time went on, communication lingered and this company went back on everything that was promised during the take over. The only people that were truly there for you were Brian Reed and Barbara Reed.
