Pros
Spinvi is a great place to work. Danny Yohannes (the CEO) is a thought leader in Federal healthcare space and is far more concerned with people and technological innovation than with titles or power. In an industry littered with egos and agendas, this is rare. The C-Suite is not overly political and culturally they refuse to cut corners at the expense of the employees.
Cons
Small start-up company means that everything needs to be created (all processes, back office infrastructure etc). This is not really a con as much as it is a fact.
