      Pros

      The company is small, making it somewhat easy to get to know the place/people.

      Cons

      Onboarding and training were lacking; HR seemed incompetent. The technology and techniques used by the company are extremely outdated for the industry. Those leading others hardly know what they are doing themselves. The opportunities for advancement are also very limited here.
