Pros
The product does a few good things that few are doing in the market...BUT, its not something those with the gaps won't figure out on their own fairly soon. There are areas in the platform that just do not work relative to their sales positioning. It is cobbled together and is too complex to configure to get the limited ffunctionalitythat it can provide
Cons
After exhausting all the personal connections from the leadership's history the company is now having to find its own opportunities and are not doing it. There is no definable GTM. There are no effective sales motions. Leadership has no idea how to sell into greenfields. Marketing has ZERO to offer. Teams do not communicate well and work in opposing directions often. TTop-down inthe sales org has the "never say no" mentality when it comes to product functionality. "Sell it and we will fix it on the back end."...which is a good way to bolster your equity before you sell off the company...but a terrible way to run a GTM Horrible place with some really awful leadership...stay away from this place!
