Pros
I have recently joined the company and I already feel I have had the opportunity to contribute and make a real difference. I feel part of the team and feel the inclusive culture throughout the office, which I never felt with my previous company. This has made me feel really welcome. I have been thoroughly support through my first month at SPB and feel confident in asking questions. There are development opportunities available, including being able to upgrade my qualification. So far I have really enjoyed my time with SPB and I am looking forward to what my future with the company holds.
Cons
The only con from my perspective is that, it has taken me a little longer than normal to do some of my tasks due to learning new systems.
