If you get along with a manager you'll be grand if not you wont , flexible enough with hours and days off and stuff
Cons
Horrible owner likes to bully everyone and threaten to fire you for no reason for fun (I've been told this is the case by a manager). Expected to work after hours for no pay. no benefits at all. If there's a deli or anything you're expected to work that as well as the general shop for the same wage.
