Pros
This is a great job for people looking for temporary work, fresh out of high school students, and college student looking for extra income. There's plenty of opportunity to get hours and get promoted within the company. Sometimes you can work 40+ in a work week. You see a lot of different celebrities and athletes. And they are ALWAYS HIRING!
Cons
You only work when there is an event at the sports complex. Depending on the weather, it can be a really hot shift or an extremely cold one. Depending on the type of event and number of events on the same day, you can be up and on your feet anywhere from 5-24 hours with no break or no time to really eat and get yourself back together.
