Pros
Standard Parking believes in training and developing their employees to be the best they can be; as people and as workers. Standard Parking would rather promote from within. Standard Parking does have a competitive wage and benefits package.
Cons
Like any other company, not every employee is perfect. Individual employees with little motivation and abilities will bring moral down. Management can be slow to address this, hence the companies drive to regularly train and develop the employees.
