Worked there for over two years, made some amazing friends and learned a lot about the industry. Very friendly, family owned company which leads to an environment you feel part of.

Company is growing very fast so things can move quickly, it takes time for new teams to integrate and work together. Driven a little too much by the financial environment, needs to focus on employee livelihood rather than finances Trust your existing staff, give them the chance to drive technology.
