      Pros

      Loved the variety of work. Good location.

      Cons

      Culture is toxic at best. There are no leaders at the executive level - only bosses. Productive conflict is a foreign concept. Effective communication is rare. Lying to each other and clients is the daily norm. Don't expect annual reviews or raises because they don't exist. Bosses play favorites.
