Pros
They didn't have much of an internship program, you are thrown into the water and you learn to swim. This was actually really good for me, it was scary at first, but I was treated like a regular worker (one of my managers didn't even know I was an intern until the last day) and get to work on various projects that really boosted my confidence and helped me bridge the gap between my education and practical SWE. Great experience
