Pros
Unlimited earning potential. If you are in sales you cannot ask for a better situation. You are selling a need everyone has (tv, internet, and phone) against one other competitor who is far inferior, at usually a lower price. If you can't sell this then what can you sell? The people with sales talent blossom in this job, and those without talent are trained through a curriculum that can make them stars. Within a year I went from making 30K a year to 85K. What other jobs allow that kind of growth, and I'm nowhere close to my maximum potential. This job has changed my life. It requires hard work, but at least you find yourself working hard for close to 100K, and not for under 50K like when I was a teacher. This company is still young and those who get in now will find themselves with a few years laughing all the way to the bank when they become leaders in the top direct sales company in the country. Also it is a fun group of people to work with. More of a family than a business.
Cons
You can't be lazy and expect success. The hours 12-8 might be a problem for single parents. The sales are so easy you have no excuse.
