Pros
Willing to take interns from the NextGen program to help them grow and sharpen their skills with the intent to hire them. While on a team, the architect and other devs were always willing to give challenges, help with blockers and collaborate on ideas. Even the Director was willing to give classes to help educate the organization so everyone can grow. Great Company ethic and work/life balance.
Cons
They aren't willing to hire based on talent, only time. They were going to offer bottom dollar based on my time in the industry even though I was performing with 5yr Devs. The contract I was going to be working on expired so there was no formal offer, just talk about potential positions.
