The team was nice and most of them were motivated people with a lot of skills.
Cons
No game development know-how. Hiring fresh graduates for a minimum wage, expecting them to perform as seniors. No guidelines, no onboarding, no bonuses or benefits. Little to no understanding or acceptance of feedback from management's side.
