- They hire unqualified people for developer positions because they don't know the qualifications themselves (since there are no developers in the company). - There is no technical interview for developer positions because there are no technical people in the team. - They are keen on hiring fresh graduates for lead developer positions, probably because fresh graduates are ok with a minimum wage salary. - Misrepresented job. They fail to mention all details of the job before you start, and once you start they fail to give proper management or guidelines and tell you to figure everything out on your own. - No proper on-boarding, training, or guidance. Just loosely defined, high-level tasks that are given to you. - Previous developer(s) left in a few weeks/months after having realized all of the above.
