Soarin operates as an extension of our clients business. Technology and HR are infused in every possible way for their benefit. It is amazing what we have accomplished on behalf of the clients. We have unlimited time off, fully paid insurance, health club membership and there is always food provided in the kitchen.

As with any company, the dedication and passion of the leadership shows. Soarin is a fast moving company and if you are not keeping up, you may feel overwhelmed at times.

I can't think of a single one.

- The owner reads your emails, listens to your phone calls, and likely has hidden cameras watching you at all times. There's a difference between micromanaging and stalking your employees. - The owner only cares about using people to make himself look good. He doesn't want you to do a great job, he wants you to mess up so he can fix it and be the hero. - The owner lies so much he can't even keep track. I can't believe he's able to keep clients fooled for any amount of time. - The owner wrote every positive review on here. No one with actual experience at this company would leave higher than a 2-star review, let alone 5 stars!
