      Very low salary, and it stays low. No real room for advancement Glass Ceiling at upper levels for non-Japanese.

      Decent office space? 0 benefits coworkers are good other than management

      0 benefits. No training If you do something wrong they won't tell you what you did wrong. No advancement especially if you aren't asian There isnt any management at all.

      depending on position and genitals you get treated correctly.

      Cons

      no advancement for non Asian employees. no upper management. CEO based out of the country and all executives are remote. your job title and pay will not reflect your actual work different treatment for different people.
