Pros
A great place for passionate engineer. It is the first E commerce website in France. Every day comes with new challenges and we generally are all tired when comes the week end.
Cons
Rather low Salaries. A lot of bureaucracy. A lot of management Layers. Decision making process are very heavy. And there is sometimes a lack of common sense because of political motives.
