Two years here have shown me different phases of the company. It wasn’t always smooth, there were times when things felt unstable and processes were not clearly defined. But sticking through that phase made sense, especially now. In the recent months, there has been a strong improvement. Work is more organized, timelines are being followed, and overall direction is much clearer. It feels like the company has learned from its past challenges. I’ve also seen good personal growth, from technical work to handling responsibilities and improving my ability to manage tasks and expectations.

The earlier lack of structure made some phases difficult and could have been handled better.

Being here for 3 years, I’ve seen both sides of the company. There were difficult periods where things were uncertain, but the team stayed together and trusted the management. Recently, there has been a clear shift, better planning, improved structure, and work getting done on time. On a personal level, I’ve grown both technically and in managing responsibilities. The exposure helped me build confidence in handling work independently.
