Pros
Good place for learning as they provide several trainings by experienced professionals all over the year. Good culture at office. As a travel based job,company provides extremely good arrangements. Site deputation is also good. Domestic and International ,both opportunities are highly available.
Cons
Work & salary ratio is very bad. GETs who joined this company years back ,are working more but getting less. Whereas some mere experienced people with limited knowledge getting high salaries. Sometimes have to work 12-14 hours at site for several weeks at site. Even in office job hours are long. No extra work bonus is available for this extra efforts.
