      Pros

      Never doing the same thing. Great team. Very hands-on. Able to do home projects when there is no work. Understanding if unwell.

      Cons

      Pay is less than that of most other companies. Most of the management is of very poor quality. Treatment is poor. The equipment is always broken or not correct. Safety is not a priority.

      steel industry customers are occasionally difficult to work with. gender and ethnic diversity could be improved.

      Pros

      The culture here is very different from any company I've worked for. First, people stay here forever. There are people who started and retired from SMS group. That's really telling.

      Cons

      None that I have seen so far.
